Yes. I make all of the pens by hand. The pens are not produced in another country or some other far off land. They are all made here in the United States by me. These are my handcrafted works of art, and I hope that you (or who you give them to) enjoy each one. I hand select all the materials when making each pen. You can read more about how I make my pens here.
To order a pen that you see on our website, select the pen and from the product description page, select Add to Cart. Then you will be able to Checkout and pay for the pen. We accept credit cards and PayPal as payment options. If you do not have a PayPal account, there is an option on PayPal to pay with a credit card as a guest. If we have a question, we will contact you through e-mail.
If you are ordering a custom pen, please see our custom order page. Pens in our Gallery section have been previously sold, but we can usually make a similar pen. Contact us for more information.
Yes. For the rollerball pens, the ink cartridges that usually ship with the pen are made by Schmidt. The Pilot G2 refill will work in most of the pens as well. You can specify black or blue ink and the tip size (medium / fine).
As many as I can! Since I make them all, I typically make 5 - 8 pens a week. I will be pleased to take custom orders. I you see a pen in my handmade pen gallery that you are interested in, please send me a note and I might be able to come close.

My father and I take the pictures of the pens. We do our best to show each pen from multiple angles so you have a complete view of the pen and its unique look and features. We try to take pictures of the pen on a mirror so you can see the other side as well. If you would like us to take any additional pictures prior to making a purchase, just drop us a note and we will be glad to do custom photo shoot!
Yes. We do not have 'stock' pictures of pens. Every picture on the website is the exact picture of the pen you will receive. We feel it is very important that you know what you are buying in advance and can see it clearly. You will not find language such as 'may vary slightly from the image shown' on our pens. It takes us an extra 30 minutes per pen to take the pictures, but we feel it is worth it.
