Handmade Ballpoint Pen Spalted Hackberry Chrome/Gold

Spalted Hackberry contains a spectacular grain pattern which is highlighted by the dark, spalted lines of the wood.  This Spalted Hackberry ballpoint pen has a little of everything.  This pen just jumps out and makes a really bold statement.  There are pronounced black lines that accent the grain and bold, rich yellow-tan colors.  Everyone will want to borrow your pen!  This pen feels great in your hand and is appropriate for anyone who want to make a statement about with what they use to write.  All external components are finished with a Chrome coating with Gold highlights  providing dependable service. The ball point pen extends with a turn of the wrist and writes smoothly and easily.

The pen is very stylish and shows well in all lighting conditions. The pen will make a memorable gift for any occasion, such as a Birthday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, Graduation Day, Bosses or Secretaries Day.

The pen is hand made by first selecting each blank and then turning the pen to final shape. The pen is then sanded 7 times with progressively finer grits (180, 220, 320, 400, 600, 800, 1200) of sandpaper to create a very smooth surface. The surface is polished to a mirror like shine using 12 polishing steps to create a showroom quality finish.

Comes with your choice of ink color and a velvet pen sleeve.  Refills can be found in our Parker Style Ballpoint Pen Refill section. You'll also receive a Certificate of Authenticity with each pen ordered.  Product dimensions are the size of the pen inside its box.

The pen in the picture is the one you will receive. If you are interested in multiple pens, please contact us. Since each pen is a unique work of art, exact duplicates are not possible. But, we will do our best to create duplicates of the pen, using the same wood and finish.
