Handcrafted Rollerball Pen from Buckeye Burl Sterling Silver and Gold

Stunning!  What amazing figure in this handmade Buckeye Burl wood pen.  This is a beautiful handcrafted rollerball pen from Buckeye Burl wood. It is appropriate for anyone who want to make a bold statement.  This Rollerball pen (it can be shipped as a fountain pen) has been handcrafted by turning a blank of Buckeye Burl and finishing it to a mirror polish.  All external components are finished with a Sterling Silver and Gold finish coating providing years of durable and dependable service. This is a Rollerball (not ballpoint or fountain) pen which has a separate cap to cover the pen.  It writes very smoothly and easily, and takes a cartridge to make it easy to refill.

The pen is very stylish and shows well in all lighting conditions. The pen will make a memorable gift for any occasion, such as a Birthday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, Graduation Day, Bosses or Secretaries Day.

The pen is constructed first by hand selecting each piece of wood and then turning the pen to final shape. The pen is then sanded 7 times with progressively finer grits of sandpaper (180, 220, 320, 400, 600, 800, 1200) to create a very smooth surface. Multiple coats of finish are applied to protect the wood for years of hard use. The surface is polished to a mirror like shine using multiple polishing steps to create a showroom quality finish.

Comes with black ink and a pen sleeve. Replacement ink cartridges can easily be found at most drugstores and office supply stores. You'll also receive a Certificate of Authenticity with each writing instrument.  Product dimensions are the size of the pen inside its box.

The pen in the picture is the one you will receive. If you are interested in multiple pens, please contact us. Since each pen is a unique work of art, exact duplicates are not possible. But, we will do our best to create duplicates of the pen, using the same wood and finish.
