Handcrafted Quina Ballpoint Zodiac Pen Gunmetal/Chrome

Stunning handmade ballpoint pen made from Quina set against a dark Gunmetal finish and Chrome highlights.  What a great look!! The Gunmetal finish really set off the Quina wood giving the entire pen a fantastic look.  Quina has a pronounced grain with dark inclusions that highlight the grain.  The pen style is a elegantly styled pen and has a center band with the Zodiac symbols. The pen has been made by hand turning a blank of wood and finishing it to a polish.  All external components are finished with a Gunmetal finish which will provide durable service. The ballpoint pen extends with the twist of your wrist and and writes smoothly and easily.

The pen is very stylish and shows well in all lighting conditions. The pen will make a memorable gift for any occasion, such as a Birthday, Father's Day, Christmas, Graduation Day, Bosses or Secretaries Day.

The pen is constructed first by hand selecting each piece of wood and then turning the pen to final shape. The pen is then sanded 7 times with progressively finer grits of sandpaper (180, 220, 320, 400, 600, 800, 1200) to create a very smooth surface. Multiple coats of finish are applied to protect the wood for years of hard use. The surface is polished to a mirror like shine using 12 polishing steps to create a showroom quality finish.

Comes with your choice of ink color (blue or black) and a drawstring pen sleeve. Replacement ink cartridges can easily be found in our Parker Style Ballpoint Pen refill section or at most drugstores and office supply stores. You'll also receive a Certificate of Authenticity with each pen ordered.  Product dimensions are the size of the pen inside its box.

The pen in the picture is the one you will receive. If you are interested in multiple pens, please contact us. Since each pen is a unique work of art, exact duplicates are not possible. But, we will do our best to create duplicates of the pen, using the same wood and finish.
